Why Do We Have Road Safety Monitors?

I am learning how to use the appropiate structure to write an explanation.

 

We have road safety because without road safety there would be havoc and more accidents on the road here are some points that support this statement.

Crossing roads can be very dangerous without road safety for example a child could run/play on the road and some cars can be so big that they could run over the child with the driver unaware of the child.

If there weren’t any road monitors to help signal cars to slow down there would be alot of car accidents happening on the road.

It is clearly stated that with road safety people could be more safe and aware of others on the road weather they are in cars or not.
