The Missing Teen

One day Liz went to visit her mum at the cemetery.  While she was praying, she saw a message on her mother’s headstone.  It said ‘Tomorrow I will meet you at Plap Rd near the alleyway and if you do not come, you will be in danger’ Liz got scared and ran home.  The message was stuck in her head, “Dad! Dad! I saw a written message on mum’s headstone, come I will show you” she cried.

When they got there, the written message was gone. “Liz where is it, are you lying to me?” her Dad said.  Liz said
But I swear I saw it” with a tear dropping down her face “Let’s go back home now.  I cannot believe you dragged me all the way here to look at nothing!” he said furiously.
The next day, Liz approached her father, “Dad.... I am going to hang out with my friends, I will come back before 3:00pm, see you”. But she lied; she was going to the alleyway.  As she waited near the alleyway, she heard “Hey you, come closer” a croaky voice whispered. “Who are you”? Liz asked. There was no answer and Liz feared that something bad might happen to her. As she moved closer towards the direction of the voice, Liz saw a little hidden room and she entered it.  She would never come back out ever again.
Liz’s father became worried when his daughter didn’t return home that evening, so he called the police.  The police officer asked “What is your name Sir”?, Liz’s father replied, “My name is Lannel, please find my daughter.  She hasn’t returned after saying she would go to hang out with some of her friends.  It’s night-time now and I’m worried”.  The policeman thanked Lannel and said they would try their best to find Liz.  All Lannel could do now was wait and hope.
It is September 19, 1996 – ten years after Liz’s disappearance.  A police officer knocks on the door.   “Hey, Lannel” said the police officer. Lannel answered with a face wrinkled by years of worrying, “Hello officer, have you found my daughter?” The police officer said “I am afraid not, I am very sorry but we are still trying our best to find her. I’m just checking in on how you’re doing”. Lannel cried. He died not long after this, not ever knowing what happened to Liz. Til this day, the story of Liz can still be heard. There’s also been rumors of sightings of Liz walking around the cemetery around 3:00.
